Complete removal of all asbestos-containing materials prior to demolition of the old hospital building. Works included Class A removal of asbestos vinyl tiles with millboard backing, asbestos window mastic, asbestos sheeting, and lagged piping using the glove bag method. All works were carried out in accordance with statutory requirements, leaving the site asbestos-free and ready for demolition.

Removed over 25,000m² of asbestos sheeting and delivered the project within a 5-week programme, keeping the client ahead of schedule. Works were completed safely and efficiently, including extensive working-at-heights operations.

Successfully managed the safe removal, transport, and disposal of over 3,000 tonnes of friable asbestos-contaminated soil at short notice. Implemented all required safety controls including exclusion zones, wet decontamination facilities, dust suppression, air monitoring by Licensed Asbestos Assessor (LAA), visual clearance inspections, and validation sampling.

Removal and disposal of more than 10,000m² of Super Six asbestos roofing, including associated gutters and downpipes, for Selleys. All asbestos materials and waste to be safely removed, handled, transported, and disposed of in accordance with all relevant WHS regulations and environmental requirements.

Engaged to undertake contamination clean-up works, including the wrap-and-seal of an entire building to contain loose asbestos fibres. The team mobilised within 12 hours of the initial call-out and delivered the project under a tight programme through double-shift operations, achieving handover within the client’s required timeframe

Established a negative pressure enclosure for the safe removal of friable asbestos-contaminated vermiculite ceiling material. Completed full strip-out and demolition of the structure using our in-house workforce, in accordance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Completed environmental clean-up works under friable asbestos conditions within Sofitel hotel rooms, including establishment of negative pressure enclosures, decontamination facilities, and strict asbestos control measures. Safely removed contaminated materials, conducted detailed cleaning and decontamination of affected areas, and ensured all rooms achieved clearance requirements for reoccupation.

Safe removal and remediation of lead dust contamination within the heritage-listed bell tower at Leichhardt Public School for the Department of Education. Works included HEPA vacuuming, wet wiping, and specialised chemical de-leading treatment of contaminated ceiling spaces and surfaces using controlled remediation procedures.

Remediated mould-affected areas in the heritage building room, including walls, floors, ceilings, and window edges, while maintaining care around sensitive and aged building materials. Works included detailed cleaning, removal of affected materials, HEPA vacuuming, antimicrobial treatment, and moisture control measures to prevent further contamination. All remediation activities were completed safely and in accordance with site and environmental requirements, with affected areas inspected and cleared for reoccupation.

Safe removal of non-friable asbestos sheeting throughout the building as part of a comprehensive strip-out program prior to demolition. Works included careful dismantling and segregation of asbestos materials, controlled waste handling and disposal, and internal removal of fixtures, linings, and services to prepare the structure for demolition. All activities were carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements and site safety procedures.
